White Sauce Stroganoff

I borrowed this from Edibles and Economics. DH loved it! I added cream cheese, poultry seasoning and regular salt since I didn't have garlic salt. This was simple and "delish". Enjoy!

That looks good. It has been a while since I have had stroganoff.

Now, you've given me a great idea for leftover fillet steak!

Here's where Chef used to work just before his luck changed for the better, and met me

When we met I had *no* interest in cooking. He's taught me almost everything I know. Mum taught me the basics (which are really commom sense but just as important)

He would have been good at cooking vegetables before anything else. Now I'd say he has to know everything about everything. He's the Executive Head Chef...

Chef asked me to come into the lounge to watch this bloke on TV. I was busy writing this comment!

LOL at your comment on my blog.

I took a risk tonight and made this...

Tweaked it and Chef thought it was very tasty. Having said that, he asked would I substitute the lamb for chicken next time I make it.

I agree, although it's a good way to use leftover lamb...
