Chicken Chili with Beans

1 can cannelloni beans
1/2 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tomatillos
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2-3 cups chicken broth
6 pieces chicken tenders
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup milk
sour cream
cilantro
Saute garlic and onion in the butter add diced chicken. Cook chicken for about 5 minutes until browned on each side. Add chicken broth, beans, tomatillos, cumin, salt, pepper, milk and 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Simmer for about 45 minutes to an hour until reduced. Top with cilantro and sour cream. Enjoy!

I just discovered tomatillos this summer and they go well in chili. This looks like a tasty chili.
