As a child my family's menu consisted of two choices: take it or leave it. ~Buddy Hackett
That looks good. It has been a while since I have had stroganoff.
Now, you've given me a great idea for leftover fillet steak! Here's where Chef used to work just before his luck changed for the better, and met mehttp://uk.holidaysguide.yahoo.com/p-travelguide-133176-action-describe-old_dublin_the_dublin-iTwill be a trip down Memory Lane!
When we met I had *no* interest in cooking. He's taught me almost everything I know. Mum taught me the basics (which are really commom sense but just as important) He would have been good at cooking vegetables before anything else. Now I'd say he has to know everything about everything. He's the Executive Head Chef... Chef asked me to come into the lounge to watch this bloke on TV. I was busy writing this comment!http://ie.youtube.com/watch?v=7bjQy0S6Un4
I added a link on my blog to the recipe for the zucchini chicken that you asked about-it's really good! :)
Can you believe that I have never had stroganoff? But this recipe looks very good.I just might have to try my first stroganoff very soon!
Thanks for visitng.Love your menu ideas and photos.
LOL at your comment on my blog.I took a risk tonight and made this...http://www.cooks.com/rec/doc/0,1727,156165-247195,00.htmlTweaked it and Chef thought it was very tasty. Having said that, he asked would I substitute the lamb for chicken next time I make it.I agree, although it's a good way to use leftover lamb...
So glad this worked for you! Glad y'all enjoyed!
